First off...
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!
I've started mixing music again, since I've really missed doing that for the past 2 years while being posted in the UK. Been rather outta touch, but at the same time I've learnt some new tricks
So I've put a track together, completely of my own composition and production. It's probably not everyone's cup of tea since it's a pretty heavy guitar instrumental and you may find some elements a little cliched (haha) - but please, feel free to post some honest critiques.
You should be seeing a Flash plug-in above. If not, head on over to the music page. You can check out the rest of the music I've produced over there as well.
ps - If you're seeing this on Facebook Notes, chances are the Flash plug-in doesn't work. Please go directly to my website to listen to the track - http://www.yuejon.com.
pss - Yes, I call it "Panties up in a bunch". The phrase amuses me.
psss - I refuse to do anymore commentary on the state of our country at this point as it sickens me so. _________________ www.yuejon.com

You still got it ! I love how it starts with a catchy riff... This riff sticks in my mind now...
I don't quite get the part of the sudden slow-down in the middle though, seems a bit out of place... and just a teenie bit of timing issue when you play lead at the end... other than that, it is a fantabulous track overall... well done and kudos to my favourite producer !!

Glad you like it
Heh... I thought the little 3 count slowdown was cute, and the intended effect was to throw the listener off for a while... yes it's a little gimmicky
I know which part you're referring to with the timing... hard to play lead at that speed and get the timing spot on Lemme try and fix that hmmm.... _________________ www.yuejon.com
